Vienna is the most desireable residential enclave in the Washington DC metropolitan area.  Building height is strictly controlled, high rise developers are held at bay, schools are exceptional.  In a manner of speaking, the major products of Vienna are quiet homes and happy families.  Those who aren't fortunate enough to live in Vienna, live as close as they can.
